Founded in 2013 by Mark Tranter, previously head brewer at Dark Star Brewing, Burning Sky Brewery is based in former farm buildings on the Firle Estate in East Sussex. Saisons and Belgian farmhouse ales sit at the core of the range, supported by a coolship programme producing spontaneous and mixed-fermentation ales. The brewery was voted 4th Best New Brewery in the World by RateBeer in 2014. IPAs, pale ales, and porters round out a catalogue that also includes a Flanders Red and wild fruit ales.
