Award winningKnown for a full range of styles

Hawkers was built in the northern Melbourne suburb of Reservoir and sold its first beer in February 2015. Its founder had already run a craft brewery in Lebanon from 2006 and exported to more than twenty countries before moving to Australia; the name refers to the street vendors who sold door to door in the early colony. The plant was purpose-built and large from the outset, with a brewhouse working in forty-five hectolitre batches. Since 2025 the brewery has run inside a jointly owned group with a Sydney brewery, keeping its own brand and site.
