◎ Appearance

Deep amber to light brown, clear and bright with excellent clarity. The head forms slowly and holds with fine, persistent lacing that clings to the glass walls. Carbonation is moderate and restrained, befitting the beer's contemplative character.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced caramel and toffee, underpinned by rich malty sweetness. Behind this foundation lie dried plum and raisin notes that develop gradually. Whisky barrel influence emerges as subtle oak and vanilla, warming the overall impression without overshadowing the malt-driven character.

◐ Taste

Entry is full and sweet, with caramel and toffee dominating the palate. Mid-palate develops dark fruit complexity—plum and raisin—while malt sweetness remains the anchor throughout. Bitterness is restrained and well-integrated; the barrel age brings warmth and subtle oak tannins that frame rather than challenge the sweetness.

◑ Finish

The finish is long and lingering, with sweetness persisting well beyond the swallow. Oak and vanilla notes emerge clearly in the aftertaste, fading gradually alongside a gentle spirit warmth that testifies to the whisky barrel maturation.
