The nose is dominated by barrel-derived character: prominent vanilla and toasted oak sit at the forefront, accompanied by notes of caramelized grain and roasted nuts. Red fruit esters—dried cherry and plum—weave through the wood spice, preventing the aroma from turning one-dimensional. The alcohol presence is warm but not intrusive.

The palate opens with rich, toasted grain and sweet oak that builds through the mid-palate, where roasted hazelnut and dark caramel emerge.
