◎ Appearance

Swish presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head. The carbonation is brisk and well-integrated, creating a lively visual impression that belies the beer's substantial 8% ABV. Lacing clings to the glass in delicate bands.

◌ Aroma

The nose is assertive and layered, dominated by pungent citrus notes—bright lemon and orange zest—with distinct tropical fruit character from the Mosaic and Citra hops. Beneath the hop-forward profile, soft wheat and light Malz notes provide subtle grounding without obscuring the aromatic intensity. A clean, resinous quality keeps the impression fresh and inviting.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with direct citrus and tropical fruit, seamlessly transitioning into a moderately firm bitterness that remains balanced rather than harsh. The wheat and golden promise Malz contribute a light, almost delicate body that allows the hop flavors to dominate without becoming cloying. The finish is dry and lingering, with the bitterness slowly fading into a clean aftertaste.

The finish is long and dry, with citrus and resinous hop notes persisting on the palate. A pleasant refreshing quality emerges as the bitterness recedes, leaving no harsh edges.
