A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing down the glass. The beer displays bright, inviting color typical of the Double IPA style, with vigorous carbonation evident in steady streams of small bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with assertive resinous hop character layered over tropical fruit notes—mango and pineapple—alongside bright citrus that reads as orange zest and grapefruit. A pine backbone grounds the composition, with clean, dry yeast character providing mineral support without any vegetal or solvent notes.

◐ Taste

The palate enters with bold, clean hop bitterness that integrates seamlessly with the tropical and citrus character from the aroma. The mid-palate reveals surprising grace despite the 80 IBU load—the 8% ABV remains well-hidden beneath the hoppy intensity, while a light malt sweetness frames the bitterness without overwhelming it. The finish turns progressively dry and crisp.

A long, lingering finish dominated by resinous bitterness and pine that fades slowly without any harsh or alcoholic warmth. The aftertaste remains dry and mineral-driven, inviting another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
