◎ Appearance

Florida Man pours a pale golden to light amber hue with a distinctly hazy, turbid clarity that showcases the beer's unfiltered nature. A thick, creamy white head forms and dissipates slowly, leaving persistent lacing on the glass. Vigorous carbonation creates an inviting, effervescent presentation.

◌ Aroma

An assertive hop-forward bouquet dominates the nose, with bright tropical fruit notes of mango and pineapple melding seamlessly with piney, resinous undertones. Citrus—particularly grapefruit—peeks through the aromatic profile, while subtle herbaceous and dank hop character adds complexity. The alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.

◐ Taste

The palate explodes with aggressive hop bitterness that's balanced by juicy tropical and citrus flavors—mango, pineapple, and grapefruit shine throughout. Mid-palate reveals a medium body with dry, resinous hop character that coats the mouth, while the 8.5% ABV adds warming alcohol notes without harshness. The bitterness (65 IBU) is bold but not overwhelming, making this approachable for a DIPA.

A lengthy, dry finish persists with lingering hop bitterness and piney resin notes that extend the drinking experience. The citrus and tropical fruit fade gracefully, leaving a clean, slightly astringent aftertaste.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
