Urbs In Horto presents a luminous golden-amber hue with excellent clarity and a frothy white head that settles into fine, persistent lacing. The beer displays bright, active carbonation evident in steady streams of bubbles rising through the glass. The color radiates warmth and invites the eye with its translucent brilliance.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vivid tropical stone fruit — ripe mango, papaya, and passionfruit create an immediate, juicy impression. These are layered over vibrant citrus peel and a distinct herbal pine character that adds resinous complexity. A subtle dank undertone grounds the bouquet, preventing it from becoming one-dimensional and suggesting careful hop selection and balance.

The palate opens with a lush, medium-full body and waves of juicy orange zest and stone fruit that sustain through the mid-palate. The bitterness arrives with firmness but remains approachable, integrating rather than dominating. Resinous and piney hop character builds gradually, creating a satisfying complexity that keeps the drinking experience engaging without becoming harsh.
