A deep, sun-kissed amber-orange hue glows beneath a pillowy white head with excellent retention and fine Schaumkleiden. The beer presents a hazy, opaque body characteristic of the style, with soft suspension rather than sharp turbidity. Carbonation is moderate and even, supporting the creamy mouthfeel without aggressive bubbling.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with ripe citrus—juicy navel orange and tangerine zest dominate—layered beneath soft vanilla and a gentle tropical sweetness. A subtle stone fruit undertone emerges on closer inspection, while the restraint of hop character allows the fruit and cream to lead without sharp bittering notes. The lactose sweetness anchors the bouquet without cloying.

◐ Taste

Entry is velvety and full-bodied, driven by lactose creaminess that mimics a dessert mouthfeel. Mid-palate delivers fresh orange pulp and peach, with stone fruit notes weaving through a smooth, uninterrupted sweetness. Hop bitterness is deliberately restrained at 30 IBU, permitting the fruit and cream to occupy the entire palate without astringency or dry finish.

The finish is smooth and lingering, with a gently sweet aftertaste that echoes orange and vanilla into the fade. No harsh dryness or sharp edges; instead, a dessert-like, approachable quality persists without heaviness.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
