Cold Pizza presents a brilliantly clear, pale golden straw color with excellent transparency. A fine white head forms on the pour and maintains steady retention, laying down delicate lacing along the glass. The carbonation is crisp and active, with steady streams of fine bubbles rising through the translucent body.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately dominated by vibrant Pacific Northwest and West Coast hop character. Ripe citrus notes—grapefruit and orange zest—blend with fresh pine resin and a subtle backdrop of tropical fruit. The overall impression is bright and assertive, with minimal malt contribution and no yeast-derived complexity.

◐ Taste

The palate opens clean and snappy, with a lager-like crispness that keeps the beer lean and refreshing despite its hop intensity. Assertive bittering runs through the middle, supported by a clean, unobtrusive malt backbone that never becomes heavy or sweet. Citrus and herbal hop notes persist alongside the bitterness without overwhelming balance.
