System Update presents a brilliantly clear, pale straw-gold body with excellent clarity — a hallmark of cold fermentation's precision. The crisp, effervescent white head forms quickly and maintains fine, delicate lacing throughout the pour. Carbonation is visible and purposeful, creating a lively, refined presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant tropical fruit character — ripe guava and stone fruit — layered over a clean, lager-bright foundation from cold fermentation. Mosaic, Nectaron, and Riwaka hops contribute citrus zest and subtle herbal notes without any yeast-derived cloudiness. The overall impression is fresh, precise, and immediately inviting.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a frozen lime bar tartness that cuts cleanly through lush tropical sweetness, establishing excellent balance. The body is lean and dry, allowing a firm yet smooth bitterness to define the mid-palate without harshness. Hop character remains bright and articulate, with the 55 IBU landing as a precise, integrated bitterness rather than a brute force.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean, citrus-kissed, and invitingly crisp, with lingering brightness from the Edelhopfen selection. No residual sweetness or warming alcohol intrudes; instead, a refreshing dryness persists into the aftertaste.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
