Gasoline Rainbows presents a clear, golden straw color with excellent clarity and a bright white head that holds firm with fine, even lacing. The carbonation is visible and lively, creating consistent bead streams that sustain the foam collar throughout the pour and initial sips.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with Simcoe's characteristic earthy dankness, immediately followed by tropical brightness from Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin. Pineapple gummies, candied lemon rind, and ripe passionfruit emerge in distinct layers, creating a complex and inviting aromatic profile that shifts with each sniff.

◐ Taste

On the palate, the beer is crisp and assertive, delivering the classic California resinous backbone with a clean, purposeful bitterness that frames rather than dominates. The Mosaic hop character drives forward sun-soaked, juicy fruit character—tropical and citrus notes weave throughout the mid-palate with a dry, piney undertone that maintains excellent balance.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and refreshing, with lingering dank citrus and passionfruit notes that persist without astringency. The aftertaste invites another sip, leaving the palate clean and eager.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
