Hello, LA presents a bright, luminous golden hue with excellent clarity. A fluffy white head forms generously and retains well, clinging to the glass walls with fine, persistent lacing. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, contributing to the beer's crisp visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose is pungent and assertive, dominated by juicy tropical fruit—mango and stone fruit forward in the mix. Fresh tangerine zest provides bright citrus notes, layered beneath a sticky, dank blueberry character that adds depth and earthiness. The Mosaic and Citra hop blend creates a cohesive, fruit-driven aromatic profile without harsh greenness.

The palate opens with the same tropical fruit character established on the nose, but immediately encounters a firm, well-structured residual bitterness that frames the entry. Mid-palate maintains balance between fruit sweetness and hop bite, with the lean body preventing any cloying impression. The bitterness asserts itself consistently without dominating, finishing with a clean, dry quality.

The finish is crisp and dry, the bitterness carrying cleanly through to the aftertaste without any lingering sweetness. A subtle citrus and stone fruit echo remains briefly before the palate clears completely.
