◎ Appearance

Deep gold body with excellent clarity and a pristine white foam head that shows persistent lacing down the glass. The carbonation is well-integrated, creating a fine and stable foam structure that reflects the beer's refined character.

◌ Aroma

Tropical fruit notes lead the bouquet, with pineapple and stone fruit prominent. A resinous citrus character emerges underneath, joined by subtle cannabis and herbal undertones that reflect the fresh Simcoe hop character. Sweet strawberry notes and a gentle floral backdrop round out a complex and inviting nose.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with clean malt character from the Pilsner base, allowing the fresh hop profile to shine. Resinous citrus and cannabis notes develop through the mid-palate alongside subtle strawberry fruit, while the 45 IBUs provide a measured bitterness that frames rather than dominates the experience. The body is crisp and well-balanced, with no sweetness or astringency.

◑ Finish

The finish is bright, floral, and distinctly green—a signature marker of harvest-fresh hop character. The dank aftertaste lingers cleanly without harshness, fading to a dry and refreshing conclusion.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
