◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with bright clarity and a fine, persistent white head that holds well and leaves delicate lacing down the glass. The beer displays lively carbonation, with a steady stream of bubbles rising through the clean body. At SRM 7, it sits at the lighter end of the West Coast IPA spectrum, inviting rather than imposing.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with tropical and stone fruit character—white peach and citrus leap forward immediately, backed by distinctly New Zealand hop aromatics with herbaceous and resinous notes. Beneath the brightness sits a pronounced diesel-like dankness that grounds the profile, kept sharp and clean by crisp herbal undertones. No heavy malt presence interferes; the focus remains entirely on hop expression.

◐ Taste

Entry is brisk and fruity, with peach and citrus leading into a full-throttle middle palate where nectar-like stone fruit mingles with a rising herbal-resinous backbone. The bitterness builds progressively—not sharp, but assertive and grounded in pine and diesel characteristics. At six percent ABV, the alcohol remains completely transparent, allowing the hop layers to develop without heat or sweetness interference.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and assertive, with dank herbal-resinous notes lingering cleanly on the palate. Bitterness holds firm but remains balanced, fading to a lingering white peach and pine note that encourages another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
