Melvin Brewing
Melvin Brewing was founded in 2009 by Jeremy Tofte, who began brewing on a 20-gallon system in the back of the Thai Me Up restaurant in Jackson, Wyoming. The brewery won Small Brewpub of the Year at the 2015 Great American Beer Festival, which helped fuel its expansion. Melvin Brewing faced financial difficulties and was sold to Roadhouse Brewery Group in late 2022, which now operates the brand from its flagship 'Mothership' taproom in Alpine, Wyoming. As of mid-2026, the Alpine location remains open and operating.
