◎ Appearance

Pale golden yellow with excellent clarity and bright, lively carbonation. The head forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass, leaving distinct lacework as it subsides. The beer presents a clean, inviting visual presence typical of the style.

◌ Aroma

Intensely hoppy with bold citrus notes—grapefruit pith and lemon zest—layered beneath pine resin and herbal character. Tropical fruit aromas emerge on closer inspection, suggesting mango and passion fruit. The light malt base remains restrained, allowing the aromatic hops to dominate without any yeasty or fruity esters competing.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with bright, assertive citrus bitterness that builds steadily across the mid-palate. Piney and herbal hop flavors interweave with subtle tropical notes, while the light malt backbone provides minimal sweetness and body. The 80 IBU bitterness is clean and assertive rather than harsh, finishing with a pleasant dryness and lingering hoppy bite.

◑ Finish

Dry and crisp, with bitterness and pine resin lingering pleasantly on the palate. The 9.9% alcohol is well-integrated and poses no warming distraction, allowing the hop character to sustain through the aftertaste.
