◎ Appearance

Presto Change-o presents a hazy, luminous golden-amber that catches the light with appealing translucence. A pillowy white head rises generously and clings to the glass with persistent lacing, creating an inviting visual presence. The haziness speaks to an unfiltered character typical of contemporary IPA craft.

◌ Aroma

The nose erupts with vibrant tropical fruit—ripe mango, papaya, and juicy tangerine dominate the foreground. Beneath lies a soft, doughy malt foundation that grounds the hop-forward character, while subtle stone fruit and a whisper of citrus peel add complexity and depth. The overall impression is clean and inviting, with no harshness.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a lush, creamy texture that coats the mouth pleasantly. Waves of mango, tangerine, and papaya unfold across the mid-palate, supported by a breadiness that echoes the malt character from the aroma. A measured but present bitterness emerges in the development, keeping the beer lively and balanced without overwhelming the fruit character.

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with a pleasant hop resin that fades gracefully rather than asserting itself aggressively. The aftertaste remains friendly and approachable, leaving no harsh edges.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
