Brew York is an independent craft brewery in York, founded by friends Wayne Smith and Lee Grabham, who began homebrewing together in 2013 and opened their brewhouse and tap room in Walmgate, inside the city walls, in 2016. Since 2021 most of the beer has come from a second, larger site in Osbaldwick on the edge of the city, while the original plant keeps running. The two founders still own the company. Alongside a fixed Signature Range led by the milk stout Tonkoko and the fruited IPA Juice Forsyth, dozens of limited releases appear each year.
