Hop Cat is a cask pale ale at 3.9%, added to Brew York's Signature cask range in February 2026. It is hopped exclusively with Citra, selected by the founders at the Yakima hop harvest in 2025. The brewery describes aromas of grapefruit zest, ripe mango and a hint of passion fruit, juicy citrus and tropical fruit on the palate, a clean, refreshing bitterness and a dry finish, with a very subtle haze. Hop Cat is available on cask only.
