hopIQ found 10 beers with the same sour and tart character as Dreams of Brew York. Dreams of Brew York is the sour beer in the brewery's Christmas trio, a pastry sour released each winter with a different fruit. The 2026 edition has 5.5% and follows a lemon and raspberry posset: tart raspberry and bright citrus come first, then a silky, dessert-like finish reminiscent of buttery pastry and sweet cream. Raspberries, lemons, lactose and vanilla are listed among the ingredients. Earlier vintages used apple with cinnamon or mixed berries and were stronger at 6.5%.
