◎ Appearance

Pale golden in the glass with excellent clarity and bright transparency. The head forms with moderate density and holds firm, leaving a clean trail of lacing down the sides as it recedes. Medium carbonation presents as a steady stream of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent grapefruit and orange citrus, followed by layers of mango and passionfruit that add depth without overwhelming. A thread of pine resin and herbal character runs beneath the tropical notes, supported by a clean, understated pale malt base with a whisper of caramel sweetness.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and dry, with the citrus character translating well from the nose into a clean attack. The mid-palate builds into a firm, well-structured bitterness that sits comfortably against the pale malt and subtle caramel sweetness, never turning harsh. Resinous and hoppy throughout, the tropical fruit notes provide balance and complexity.

◑ Finish

The finish is long and dry, with lingering hop bitterness and a clean, resinous aftertaste. The drying sensation carries through cleanly without astringency.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
