The nose opens with a lively burst of noble hop character—floral and spicy with a faint herbal undertone that suggests European hop varieties in their prime. Beneath this lies the breezy, yeast-driven complexity typical of a well-crafted saison, with subtle fruity esters and a whisper of grain sweetness that does not dominate.

◐ Taste

Light-bodied and refreshingly dry on entry, with gentle biscuity malt providing a subtle, grainy backbone that anchors the composition. The mid-palate sees noble hops deliver an elegant peppery spice without aggression, while the underlying dryness and crisp character remain the beer's defining trait throughout.
