The carbonation is evident in a steady stream of small bubbles rising through the liquid. This is a visually refined beer that conveys both the brightness of a pale ale and the deeper warmth of Continental brewing tradition.

The nose opens with a distinctive Belgian yeast character that immediately separates this from British pale ales, releasing waves of spicy orange peel and ripe mango. Beneath these fruity esters lies a complex interplay of floral and earthy hop notes drawn from both old and new world varieties, creating a layered aromatics profile. The overall impression is one of elegant complexity without heaviness.

The palate opens with surprising fullness from a soft malt backbone that belies the moderate 6% ABV.
