The nose is fragrant and animated, leading with fresh floral and zesty citrus notes that evoke the spirit of the season. Beneath these lies a light herbal character complemented by the signature spicy, peppery esters delivered by well-pitched saison yeast. The overall impression is clean and lively, with no harsh solvent or oxidative notes.
