Founded by Hamish Coates, Mel Holland and Colin Coates, it built its first brew shed in 2016 and now brews around 2.5 million litres a year, with venues in Busselton, Duncraig, Burswood and Brunswick in Victoria. Rocky Ridge was Australia's first brewery to be both Certified Sustainable and carbon neutral, pairing a tight core range with a constant stream of limited releases.
