🌍 Australia · Italian Pilsner · One of 12 Italian Pilsners in hopIQ

Keep On Truckin' is an Italian Pilsner at 5.2% ABV, brewed as an annual collaboration with the Perth bottle shop deVine Cellars, now in its second round. Eraclea Pils malt from northern Italy gives a clean, crackery base, with flaked corn lightening the body. Instead of noble hops, Motueka and Galaxy go in on the hot side and again in the dry hop. The result shows lime zest, white grape and a hint of passionfruit over a lager core. It is crisp and dry, clear rather than hazy, with a snappy bitterness.

Refrigerate, then rest 2 min

The tall, narrow pilsner glass preserves carbonation and showcases the golden clarity that defines the style.

Drink fresh and cold. Pilsners do not improve with age — within 3 months of packaging is ideal.
