◎ Appearance

Clear straw gold body with excellent transparency. A bright white head sits firmly atop the surface, displaying fine carbonation and good retention that clings to the glass sides as the beer is consumed. The overall presentation is clean and inviting, characteristic of a well-executed pale lager.

◌ Aroma

Galaxy and Motueka hops deliver a vibrant aromatic profile centered on passionfruit and peach, with a distinctive sharp lime zest cutting through. Lemongrass notes provide herbal depth beneath the fruit-forward character, creating a layered and complex nose. The malt base remains subdued, allowing hop character to dominate.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and bright, with citrus notes arriving immediately on the palate. The thin, cracker-dry malt foundation keeps the beer light and allows moderate, clean bitterness to integrate seamlessly with tropical and stone fruit flavors. Mid-palate remains dry without astringency, letting hop character shine through cleanly.

◑ Finish

The finish is crisp and refreshing, with citrus zest lingering pleasantly on the palate. The aftertaste remains clean and dry, fading gradually without harsh edges or lingering sweetness.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
