◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright transparency. A dense white head forms quickly and holds firm carbonation throughout, leaving distinct lacing on the glass as the beer is consumed. The effervescence is pronounced and sustained, characteristic of traditional cold-conditioned lagering.

◌ Aroma

American hop aromatics dominate the nose with bright citrus and floral notes layered over a clean Pilsner malt base. Herbal and slightly resinous undertones emerge with aeration, while the malt contributes a subtle bready sweetness that grounds the profile without overwhelm. No yeast-derived esters or phenolics; the aroma remains crisp and linear.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a crisp, refreshing entry that immediately showcases the hop bitterness—measured at 45 IBU but present throughout. The mid-palate balances American hop character with a lean, dry Pilsner foundation; herbal and citrus notes persist without astringency. Bitterness is clean and lingers without harshness, positioning this beer between IPA intensity and lager restraint.

◑ Finish

The finish is notably dry and clean, with hop bitterness fading to a subtle herbal aftertaste. No residual sweetness or malt heaviness remains; the beer clears the palate, inviting the next sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
