◎ Appearance

A brilliant pale gold, crystalline and bright, with excellent clarity. The fine, persistent white head clings to the glass in delicate lacework, demonstrating excellent head retention and carbonation structure characteristic of a well-crafted lager.

◌ Aroma

Delicate and inviting, opening with clean grain and soft biscuit notes from floor-malted German Pilsner malt. The noble hops—Tettnang and Mittelfrüh—deliver restrained floral and meadow-herb notes with a whisper of spice, balanced by the crisp fermentation character of Augustiner yeast.

◐ Taste

Refreshingly light yet well-structured, with a clean malty backbone that supports a crisp, refined bitterness. The mid-palate reveals herbal and gently spicy hop character without aggression, while the dry character builds progressively toward a satisfying finish.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and lingering, with elegant noble-hop bitterness that fades gracefully. The aftertaste remains mineral and refreshing, leaving no harsh edges.

Serve well-chilled at 4–6°C for maximum crispness. A pilsner served too warm loses its defining snap.
