Cold Pressed

◎ Appearance

Cold Pressed pours a soft golden-amber with pronounced haze throughout the body, the result of suspension through yeast rather than settling. The pillowy white head sits generously atop the beer, displaying solid retention and fine Schaumkleiden as the glass empties. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, supporting the soft, approachable character of the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately tropical and sun-forward, leading with ripe peach rings and lush mango that feel almost candied in intensity. Guava and freshly squeezed orange complete the fruit basket, creating a juicy, aromatic impression that invites the first sip. Noble hop character expresses itself purely as fragrant citrus and stone fruit rather than herbaceous or resinous notes, anchoring the beer in classic West Coast hop tradition.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and welcoming, with a chewy, full-bodied mouthfeel that carries the tropical fruit flavors with impressive coherence across the palate. The bitterness is deliberately restrained at 50 IBU, permitting the hop character to remain aromatic and fruity rather than sharp or drying. Mid-palate shows excellent integration of citrus sweetness with a creamy texture, while the structure remains clean and well-defined despite the beer's hazy presentation.

◑ Finish

The finish fades gently and soft, leaving behind lingering citrus sweetness without any astringent or harsh edges. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, supporting easy drinkability at the moderate 6.5% ABV.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
