◎ Appearance

Juicy Bits presents a hazy, golden-blonde complexion with a thick, pillowy white head that persists beautifully. The haziness is intentional and inviting, showcasing the characteristic turbidity of a well-executed New England IPA. Excellent carbonation provides fine, persistent bubbles throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose bursts with pronounced tropical fruit aromatics—ripe mango, papaya, and stone fruit leap from the glass immediately. Bright citrus notes from the Citra and Mosaic hops intermingle with subtle floral undertones from Cashmere, creating a complex and inviting bouquet. The aroma is clean and hoppy without any harsh or astringent qualities.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with soft, juicy hop-derived fruit flavors—papaya and citrus dominate the mid-palate with a luscious, medium-bodied mouthfeel. The 35 IBUs provide balanced bitterness that accentuates the fruit without overwhelming the palate. The low 6% ABV allows the hop character to shine while maintaining refreshing drinkability.

The finish is remarkably clean and dry, with fruit notes fading gracefully into a subtle citrus persistence. No harsh bitterness lingers, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
