◎ Appearance

Opaque orange-gold in the glass, visibly turbid from suspended yeast and grain matter characteristic of the New England hazy style. A pillowy, creamy head forms and clings persistently to the sides, leaving distinct lacing with each sip. Fine carbonation supports the soft, cloudy presentation without aggression.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright mango and pineapple, followed by passionfruit and stone fruit notes from the Edelhopfen selection. Soft, wheaten grain undertones and a faint oat-derived sweetness provide grounding without dominance. No sharp or metallic notes; the profile remains rounded and inviting.

◐ Taste

Entry is juicy and soft, with tropical stone fruit flavors unfolding across the palate without hop bite. The oat and wheat base thickens the mouthfeel into something creamy and full-bodied despite modest ABV, while the 50 IBU bitterness sits low and integrated. Mid-palate remains smooth and fruit-forward, finishing clean rather than astringent.

◑ Finish

Medium finish with gentle fade of mango and passionfruit notes lingering softly on the palate. No harsh drying or sharp aftertaste; the beer concludes as it begins—approachable and refreshing.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
