Beerfarm India Pale Lager

◎ Appearance

Pale straw gold with exceptional clarity and bright, sparkling carbonation. The head forms quickly and disperses to a delicate lacing that clings to the glass. The thin grain bill and weeks of cold conditioning produce a crystalline body without haze or suspended matter.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright stone fruit and tropical fruit character from Mosaic hops—ripe peach, apricot, and citrus notes blend seamlessly. Saaz provides a herbal, peppery edge that cuts through the fruit, supported by a clean lager backdrop. Malt presence remains restrained, allowing the hop aromatics to dominate without floral excess.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and dry, with tropical fruit flavors developing across the mid-palate alongside subtle herbal spice. The 40 IBU bitterness from Magnum builds steadily and sits firmly in the finish without harshness. Malz sweetness is deliberately restrained, leaving a lean, mineral-clean palate that emphasizes hop character over grain.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and refreshingly dry, with lingering tropical and herbal notes fading into a subtle peppery bitterness. Aftertaste remains light and mineral, free of cloying sweetness or yeast-driven residue.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
