Beerfarm India Pale Ale

◎ Appearance

A copper-gold body with bright clarity and moderate carbonation. The head forms with good density and displays persistent lacing down the glass, characteristic of a well-balanced ale. The colour derives from Crystal and Caramunich malts, giving the beer a warm, inviting hue.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with resinous hop character, where Mosaic and Citra deliver distinct pineapple and stone fruit notes. Motueka contributes a bright citrus zest with subtle spice undertones. Behind the hops, a thread of toffee and caramel from the malt base rounds out the profile without dominating.

◐ Taste

On the palate, the beer opens with clean citrus and stone fruit character that carries through the mid-palate. The 50 IBU of Magnum bitterness is firm and linear, cutting cleanly through the toffee sweetness of the malt backbone without harshness. The overall impression is dry and crisp, with hop bitterness and resin taking the lead.

◑ Finish

A dry, quick finish with lingering resinous bitterness that fades cleanly. No cloying residue remains—the beer closes with the same balance that defines its style.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
