◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with a soft, hazy veil created by suspended yeast and grain matter. The head forms quickly and holds with gentle persistence, leaving fine lacing on the glass. Bright carbonation lifts the suspended particles throughout the body, creating a deliberately cloudy appearance that signals the beer's unfiltered character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus notes from Idaho 7 and El Dorado hops—grapefruit pith and candied orange—layered beneath a distinct passionfruit top note from Riwaka. Wheat malt and rolled oats contribute a soft, grainy sweetness that frames the hop aromatics without dominating. The overall impression is aroma-forward but balanced, inviting without aggressive intensity.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and soft, with the wheat and oat malts establishing a creamy mouthfeel that carries through the mid-palate. Citrus and stone fruit flavors develop gradually, echoing the nose without harsh edges, while the 20 IBU bitterness arrives late and sits lightly—present enough to provide balance but never assertive. The beer drinks smooth and drinkable, with tropical fruit notes lingering gently behind the primary malt sweetness.

◑ Finish

The finish is smooth and faintly sweet, with a lingering passionfruit and stone fruit character that does not overstay. No harsh drying or metallic notes intrude; instead, the beer closes with the same approachable character it opened with.
