◎ Appearance

Opaque and pale yellow in the glass, with a luminous haze throughout the body. The dense, creamy head settles to a persistent collar that clings to the glass. Fine carbonation supports steady lacing as you drink.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus—grapefruit rind and tart lemon—backed by stone fruit and lychee sweetness. Beneath sits a soft floral note from Loral, with faint dark-fruit undertones that deepen the aroma without overpowering. The Nectaron oil adds a concentrated, perfumed complexity that rounds the top.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and pillowy despite the 7.5% ABV, leading into a fruit-forward mid-palate where peach and passionfruit dominate. The bitterness is restrained—present but never harsh—allowing the sweetness and thick body to take precedence. Hop character lingers as a dry, herbal frame around the fruit.

◑ Finish

The finish is warming and extends moderately, with lingering citrus and stone fruit gradually fading into a subtle herbal dryness. Alcohol warmth builds gently without burning, leaving the palate sweet and satisfied.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
