◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow body rendered opaque by suspended yeast and protein haze, creating a soft, diffuse luminosity rather than clarity. A dense, pillowy head forms and clings to the glass walls with persistent lacing. Fine carbonation generates a gentle, creamy visual texture throughout.

◌ Aroma

Citra dominates with bright citrus zest—fresh lemon peel and grapefruit rind—layered beneath stone-fruit aromatics: ripe peach and apricot. Subtle tropical notes emerge in the mid-range, supported by soft oat maltiness that grounds the hop expression without competing. Clean, neutral fermentation profile allows the single-hop character to remain the primary voice.

The palate enters with bright citric acidity and peach-forward fruitiness, carried by a supple, oat-derived body that feels full without heaviness. Mid-palate develops orange pith and a gentle stone-fruit sweetness balanced by moderate, clean bitterness (60 IBU) that lingers without sharpness. The 8.5% ABV manifests as subtle boozy warmth rather than heat, integrating smoothly into the overall structure.

The finish is medium-length, fading gradually from citrus and stone fruit into a dry, slightly grainy aftertaste. Gentle residual warmth and a lingering hop bitterness provide closure without astringency.
