◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow with a distinctly hazy, opaque character throughout. A dense, creamy white head rises quickly and clings persistently to the glass, leaving fine lacing on the walls. Active carbonation creates a gentle shimmer within the cloudy body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe tropical stone fruit—peach and citrus zest dominate immediately. Underneath, soft noble hop character contributes papaya and mango notes, while a subtle mineral undertone from the soft Rocky Mountain water grounds the profile. No aggressive bittering compounds intrude on the aromatic balance.

◐ Taste

The entry is smooth and creamy, coating the palate with a medium body that feels effortless on the tongue. Mid-palate develops orange pith and peach sweetness with gentle hop bitterness—around 50 IBU—arriving late and remaining restrained. The mineral character of the brewing water provides definition without harshness.

◑ Finish

The finish remains clean and refreshing, with lingering citrus notes that fade gradually rather than abruptly. A mild, pleasant drying sensation emerges as the beer transitions to its aftertaste, inviting another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
