◎ Appearance

Hazy pale golden color with soft turbidity from the house yeast, creating an opaque yet luminous appearance. The dense, creamy head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine lacing. Carbonation is moderate and even throughout, supporting the soft visual character.

◌ Aroma

Aromatic profile centers on bright citrus and stone fruit notes — fresh orange peel and ripe peach emerge first, followed by hints of berry and tropical fruit. The Citra, Krush, and Simcoe hops contribute gentle floral and herbal undertones without sharp hop bite. A soft, yeasty backdrop supports the fruity expression without adding grain or phenolic character.

Entry is smooth and juicy, with peach and orange leading into a soft, velvety mid-palate. The fruity character dominates — stone fruit and berries blend seamlessly with subtle tropical notes. Bitterness is restrained at 30 IBU, allowing sweetness and juice to remain foremost; the finish is clean without astringency or harsh hop resin.

The finish is medium and clean, with lingering fruit sweetness that fades gradually. No lingering hop burn or dry aftertaste — the beer closes with refreshing smoothness that invites the next sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
