◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, translucent quality. A dense white head forms and lingers with fine, persistent lacing along the glass. Carbonation appears crisp and active, befitting the session character.

◌ Aroma

Assertive citrus and tangerine notes lead, with distinct grapefruit and orange zest character. Tropical fruit aromatics—pineapple and melon—emerge on the second pass, layered over a clean, grassy hop foundation. The lean pale-malt base contributes only subtle biscuit undertones, allowing hop character to dominate.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and clean, with immediate citrus bite that transitions into ripe orange and subtle tropical fruit on the mid-palate. Moderate bittering (50 IBU) is well-integrated rather than harsh, providing structure without overwhelming the session-strength frame. Residual sweetness is minimal, maintaining drinkability throughout.

◑ Finish

Finish is short to medium, with lingering citrus dryness and a gentle hop bite that fades steadily. Aftertaste remains refreshing and clean, with no harsh tannins or oxidation.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
