The nose leads with clean, citrus-forward Cascade and Centennial hop character, offering bright grapefruit and orange peel notes alongside subtle tropical fruit undertones. A light, bready malt base provides support without overwhelming the vibrant hop aromatics. Subtle floral and herbal notes emerge on the finish, creating a balanced and welcoming bouquet.

The palate opens crisp and light, with citrus hop flavors unfolding immediately across the mid-palate, complemented by a smooth grain sweetness. A refreshing bitterness builds gradually, delivering 38 IBUs with excellent proportionality and no harsh edges. The finish is clean and dry with lasting hop character, leaving a pleasant citrus and grain aftertaste.

The finish is notably clean and dry, with moderate length and a lingering citrus hop note that fades gracefully. No cloying sweetness remains, making this an exceptionally refreshing closer.
