◎ Appearance

A pale golden hue with bright clarity and lively carbonation. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing that gradually recedes. The overall presentation is clean and inviting, characteristic of a well-executed session ale.

◌ Aroma

Mosaic hops deliver a pronounced citrus and floral character that dominates the nose, with subtle herbal undertones and a whisper of green fruit. The malt base remains restrained, allowing the hop aromatics to take center stage without overwhelming. A crisp, clean quality keeps the bouquet fresh and approachable.

◐ Taste

Entry is bright and hoppy with immediate bitterness that sits at a balanced 40 IBU—enough to assert presence without becoming harsh. The mid-palate develops fruity, citrusy notes that complement the firm bitterness, while a smooth drinking quality prevents any astringency. The body remains light and crisp throughout, never feeling thin or underbuilt.

The finish is dry and lingering, with the bitterness gradually fading into a clean herbal echo. A refreshing quality remains in the aftertaste, inviting another sip rather than leaving any cloying residue.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.
