Pale golden hue with a slight haze characteristic of the style, held in suspension by the yeast. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine, delicate lacing. Bright carbonation is evident throughout, creating a lively visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced wheat grain and fresh bread notes, followed by classic Hefeweizen yeast character—banana esters and clove spice drift forward in balance. Sterling hops contribute subtle floral notes that support rather than dominate, keeping the profile clean and approachable.

◐ Taste

The palate leads with soft wheat maltiness and a gentle sweetness reminiscent of bubblegum and ripe fruit. Mid-palate remains smooth and light, with clove and yeast complexity weaving through without astringency. Minimal bitterness allows the malt and yeast character to speak clearly, finishing with a refreshing, slightly dry quality.
