◎ Appearance

Pale golden in color with excellent clarity and a bright, translucent appearance that stands in sharp contrast to the hazy offerings in Outer Range's lineup. The head forms with modest density and displays solid retention, leaving fine lacing along the glass walls as the beer is consumed. Carbonation is crisp and well-integrated, creating a lively visual presentation throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

Pine and citrus notes dominate the nose, with the hop character presenting as fresh and herbal rather than floral or fruity. A clean malt backbone provides gentle support without adding sweetness or heaviness. The overall impression is dry and inviting, with no off-notes or yeast-derived aromas—this is hop-forward and assertive from the first breath.

◐ Taste

The palate enters with a firm malt structure that anchors the hoppy character without becoming heavy or sweet. Pine and citrus flavors build through the mid-palate, supported by a restrained bitterness that sits at a moderate level and integrates cleanly rather than lingering aggressively. The finish is dry and crisp, with the hops receding to allow the malt structure to provide a clean, grounding conclusion.

The finish is clean and medium in length, allowing the pine and citrus notes to fade gradually without leaving a harsh or overly bitter aftertaste. A light, pleasant dryness persists, inviting another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
