Pale golden yellow with excellent clarity—a marked departure from Other Half's hazy portfolio. The beer presents a fine, persistent white head with solid Schaumhaftung that gradually subsides to a thin collar. Carbonation is crisp and visible, creating a lively bead throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive pine resin and dried citrus peel, grounded by a subtle herbal earthiness. Secondary notes of orange blossom and white pepper emerge as the beer opens, with a clean, dry maltiness providing ballast beneath the hop profile. No fruity esters or yeast character intrude—the focus remains squarely on Edelhopfen expression.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and dry, with bright citrus and pine notes hitting immediately against a firm, well-integrated bitterness. Mid-palate develops a subtle floral quality—hints of orange blossom and a touch of tropical fruit—before the bitterness reasserts itself with precision. The malz backbone remains light and clean, refusing to muddy the hop-forward architecture.

◑ Finish

The finish snaps clean and dry, with lingering pine and a measured bitterness that fades without harshness. Aftertaste remains refreshing and mineral-edged, leaving no cloying residue.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
