◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow with a luminous haze from suspended yeast and grain proteins, lending the beer a soft, cloud-like opacity. A dense, off-white head rises quickly and clings to the glass walls with steady retention. Carbonation appears gentle, with fine bubbles that dissolve slowly into the bright suspension.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright, juicy tropical fruit notes—pineapple, mango, and papaya—layered beneath a pronounced stone-fruit presence of ripe peach and apricot. Noble hop varieties contribute a soft, floral minerality underneath the fruity character, while the oat-based grain bill adds a faint creamy sweetness that rounds the top notes. No sharp resinousness or grassy edge.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a silky, oat-derived fullness that coats the mouth without heaviness. Tropical and stone-fruit flavors unfold across the mid-palate—consistent with the aroma—while subtle dark-fruit undertones (plum, blackberry) add depth and complexity. Bitterness is restrained and refined at 50 IBU, never aggressive; it surfaces late as a clean, structured backbone that frames the fruit rather than dominating.

The finish tapers gently, with the oat-derived sweetness and peach notes lingering pleasantly on the palate without clinging. A clean, dry edge emerges in the aftertaste, leaving the mouth refreshed and inviting another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
