◎ Appearance

Hazy pale golden body with soft, diffuse cloudiness throughout—characteristic of the modern hazy IPA style. A dense, cream-colored head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine lacing. The low SRM (5) keeps the beer bright despite the suspended yeast and hop particulates that define its visual character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with juicy tropical stone fruit—peach and citrus notes emerging prominently over a soft, oat-derived background. Noble hop character expresses itself with restrained intensity; no sharp resinous peaks, instead a rounded, fruity hop profile that suggests passion fruit and stone fruit without aggressive bittering compounds. Minimal malt presence; the oat adjunct contributes a subtle cereal sweetness rather than bread or caramel.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and smooth, with creamy body supported by the oat bill. Mid-palate shows layered tropical and stone-fruit hop expression without sharp edges; peach and citrus flavors develop gradually. Bitterness remains restrained at 42 IBU—present but subordinate, finishing clean without astringency. The overall impression is of hop character prioritized over hop burn, allowing fruit and cream to dominate the palate.

The finish is refreshing and medium-short, with the hop fruit fading cleanly into a gentle sweetness. No harsh drying or lingering bitterness; instead, a soft, slightly sweet aftertaste that invites the next sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
