Jindong Juicy presents a hazy golden-yellow body with excellent clarity despite its purposeful cloudiness from yeast suspension. A pillowy white head forms generously and maintains good retention and lacing throughout the glass. The carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, lending visual liveliness without aggression.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced stone fruit character: peach, apricot and nectarine dominate, supported by red berry and mango notes that build depth. Beneath the fruit sits a subtle dank citrus note that adds complexity without overshadowing the primary aromatics. A gentle bready maltiness provides an understated backdrop, allowing the hop-driven fruit to remain front and centre.

◐ Taste

The palate opens soft and inviting, with papaya and green mango leading into a distinctive peach bubblegum character that carries through the mid-palate. A bready, malty backbone grounds the experience without weight, while low to medium bitterness arrives cleanly to provide structure and balance. The overall impression is refreshing and highly drinkable, with fruit flavours remaining prominent from entry through to the close.

The finish is clean and medium-length, with residual peach and tropical notes trailing pleasantly. Bitterness resolves gently without leaving harshness, leaving the palate dry yet inviting of another sip.
