◎ Appearance

Pale gold in color with a gentle haze that speaks to the oat and flaked barley base. A fluffy white head forms and settles to a thin collar, demonstrating solid foam stability. Bright clarity beneath the haze suggests good balance between grain character and hop expression.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright passionfruit and peach, grounded by an undercurrent of berry and citrus brightness. Nectarine and subtle white stone fruit emerge on extended contact, layered beneath a light resinous edge and a soft dank note that adds depth without dominating. The aromatic profile reflects the Citra hop bill's characteristic tropical and stone fruit signature.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with juicy stone fruit and citrus that fill the mouth with a medium-full body. Oats and flaked barley provide a soft, creamy mouthfeel that supports the hop-driven character without excess sweetness. Bitterness builds steadily through the mid-palate, firm and measured rather than aggressive, with a clean herbal-resinous quality that balances the fruit.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and clean, with lingering citrus and a light resinous fade. Bitterness persists without becoming harsh, allowing the stone fruit character to echo softly on the aftertaste.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
